The process is easy!

Choose your promotional product from one of our 200 wholesale manufacturers,
Place the Order by one of the following:
- Our Online Order Form
- Download a Printable Order Form and fax, mail, or email it in.
- Fill out a Custom Quote Form and we will call, fax, or email you a custom quote that you approved and send back.
- We can take your order by phone: us toll free: 866-633-4144, if you are calling outside of the US: 919-466-9052, Open 9am-5pm EST.
- Email your order in to: order@theexecutivestores.com
Send us your Logo, by emailing to art@theexecutivestores.com or Uploading your Logo.
We will send you a confirmation of your order
Once approved and paid your order will go into print and shipped to you. Usually ships within 3-5 business days.

Back to Top What Do I Do if I Don't Understand All of the Add-On Prices?

If you are having problems choosing the imprint options, Logo locations, or PMS Color Match the easiest thing to do is fill out a Custom Quote Form and we will get the pricing correct for you, within 24 hours we will send your promotional products custom quote to you and all you have to do is sign it, fill out your payment information and send it back to us via FAX, Email, or US Mail.

Back to Top Is There Any Exception to your Minimum Order Quantity?

Our Minimum order will range per item and per manufacturer, there are no exceptions to minimum orders. If the minimum order from one of our promotional product suppliers is 100, than you must order 100 of the same item exact item with the same Company Logo or Imprint.

Back to Top What if I need my Order Rushed?

Our Orders usually ship within 3 to 5 days, unless it is unusually large order. When we give Custom Quotes we will give you an estimated delivery date. When you fill out the custom quote form you can request a delivery date an we will determine if there are any extra cost to get you your promotional products on time! Just fill out our Custom Quote Form.

Back to Top What Additional Charges Will I Incur When I Place an Order?

The price you see is called the "per unit price". Additional charges include, but are not limited to: set-up or screen charges, PMS charges, and shipping charges. At The Executive Shops we call (or email) and verify ALL ORDERS to make sure that you are receiving exactly what you ordered and at the correct price. We do not charge your credit card until we have verified all of the parameters of your order (number of colors, logo review, number of logo locations, PMS color match, etc).

Back to Top Are There Additional Charges if I Print in More Than One Color or One Location?

Yes, our manufacturer websites will list that price. However, if you are unsure of your order please fill out our Custom Quote Form and one of our sales representatives will make sure that you order is correctly priced.

We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, AMEX, Paypal or a company check. All Orders must be prepaid in full prior to your us printing your order.

That really depends on the Manufacturer. In most cases our manufacturers will offer a PreProduction Proof with your company logo imprinted on it, however we will have to charge for the product and shipping and handling. If you would like a PreProduction Proof please specify your request on our Free Samples Form.

We are happy to send you free samples and charge you accordingly. In some cases we do not need to charge you anything for a Free Sample, some of the more expensive or heavy samples we may charge you for the product or freight charges. Back to Top Can you Help Me Prepare My Artwork?

The Executive Art Department can prepare it for you. We charge $25 per hour to design logos, brochures, business cards, etc. If we are doing custom designing for you, we will give you an estimate on how long it takes for you logo, brochure, flyer, business card to be completed so that you have an estimated cost. If you don't have camera-ready artwork, just fax or mail us your business card or letterhead with your logo. Electronic Logos/artwork is perferred. We can quote on the cost to create your artwork and let you know an approximate charge.

A customer may not use any logo in a manner that may infringe copyright laws. TheExecutiveShops.com assumes no responsibility for damages or any wrong doing that the purchaser may cause using a phrase or logo.
